Reload Logistics is one of the leading logistics providers operating across Sub-Saharan Africa, providing services such as freight forwarding, warehousing, transportation, customs clearance, and project cargo.
Since April 2025, I've partnered with Reload Logistics as a freelance graphic designer, working as an extension of the marketing team. I support both Reload Logistics and other companies within the group, delivering everything from daily marketing assets to large-scale corporate communications.
I also developed reusable templates and design systems that streamlined production and ensured consistent brand application across teams.

Note:
This case study showcases only a portion of my work. In addition to Reload Logistics, I contributed to the visual identity and marketing ecosystem of 20+ companies within the Reload Group, creating scalable brand systems, websites, presentation assets, document systems, and corporate communications. Due to confidentiality, many of these projects cannot be shared publicly.
Shortly before I joined Reload Logistics, the company completed a brand refresh led by another designer. My role was to roll out the new visual identity across digital, print, and environmental applications while ensuring consistency across every touchpoint.
The following year, Reload introduced its POWER OF ONE positioning—a unified logistics network integrating freight forwarding, transportation, customs clearance, warehousing, sea freight, and project cargo. I translated this strategy into a scalable visual system, developing modular imagery, expanding the design system, and creating reusable templates for Canva, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel that empowered local teams while maintaining brand consistency.

I also co-developed the Desk Toolkit—a centralized hub for templates, assets, and brand guidelines. Designed as an interactive PDF, it prioritized accessibility and ease of adoption over introducing another software platform.
The design system scaled across brochures, presentations, proposals, digital marketing, and website content. To streamline production, I integrated AI-assisted photo manipulation into the creative workflow, transforming operational photography into polished marketing assets while safely removing confidential or sensitive information and improving quality.
I also created an internal AI Image Guide to standardize prompts and visual principles, ensuring AI-generated imagery remained consistent with Reload's brand and operational reality.

Beyond large-scale marketing campaigns, I supported the brand across a wide range of day-to-day initiatives, including corporate events, branded merchandise, apparel, calendars, internal communications, and sales collateral. This project reflects my ability to build and maintain a scalable brand system while delivering consistent experiences across both digital and physical touchpoints.
